How To Be Independent With Schizophrenia
When people suffer from schizophrenia, ie the state of a person has difficulty distinguishing what is real and what is not. It is a mental patient (eg, the causes of auditory hallucinations, hearing voices) suffering from paranoid delusions and bizarre or disorganized speech and thinking. Most of the time, is a person who suffers from schizophrenia, probably of clinical depression and anxiety and suffering that result in social withdrawal.
However, schizophrenia can be cured. There are cases where people are recovering from their illness, and increased again to a normal life. Although self-motivation, support from family and friends, and expert assistance, then curingschizophrenia is not impossible. In the early stages of schizophrenia where the patient is unaware of his problems or who lack the ability to support himself, his friends, is probably the biggest help to get back on its feet. But after a while he must try to obtain their independence, so it can once again live a normal life. Indeed, it is their responsibility to care for a family member sick of having their own family life.
There are a number of things that people with schizophrenia may be independent. Below is a list of things that must be taken if you want to help themselves cope with the disease.
1. Self-Education
If one wants to deal with schizophrenia, one must first learn about the disease. He must know the cause of the disorder, the symptoms are and how to get there. Plus he knows aboutschizophrenia more chances with it as it can make better decisions, it must be confronted with problems.
2. Self-consciousness
Once he has learned to see that everything we know about schizophrenia, it is then the next thing to do. It should identify the warning signs, such as:
* Do not make yourself problems (no food, no cleaning or cooking, do not move)
* Feeling anxious and not sleeping
* Feeling a little uneasy and suspicious about the motives of people care about others
* Having trouble concentrating
* Hearing voices silent or incidental
Recognize the first signs that more time to do something against them, so that the risk of schizophrenia, strike again.
3. Auto
Apart from self-consciousness should always be able to control themselves. Things must be harder to pass the disease, such as drinking too much alcohol, avoid taking drugs and put in stressful situations as much time with people. He must always look at his body, he must eat well, sleep well, exercise regularly and take medication, so it remains at the top of his game.
Finding things is also regarded as a good idea to check the ratings. That should do when you look at the things he loves, or spending time with friends and family expenses. Voice muffled by watching can be done, listening to television or radio. Belonging to a support group of people with similar experiences is also a good option because it will help with stress and problems and symptoms ofschizophrenia overcome.
Help for friends and family members is also important, as you may not always be the best to help themselves. You need to talk ofschizophrenia sign it and ask them to remind him when he begins to show.

While this issue can be very vexed for most people, my thought is that there has to be a middle or common ground that we all can find. I do value that you’ve added pertinent and sound commentary here though. Thank you!
